Fully liftable automatic feed pan dispenser, especially designed for feeding breeding cockerel.
Cockerels are particularly aggressive and vigorous; besides, the rationing of the feed helps to make them hungry and nervous. The ideal feeder must therefore be sturdy, stable and have ample space to access to the feed.
The spiral conveyor system, sized to feed the breeding stock, ensures a constant amount of fresh feed in each pan of the line.
Feed distribution
The system distributes the feed quickly thanks to a spiral with increased pitch and drive units of suitable speed for feeding the breeding stock.
The shape of the feed outlets and their positioning along the pipe, determined according to a graduated table during assembly, ensure the simultaneous distribution of the feed on each pan.
Stable and sturdy feeder
The ATOS feeder is extremely sturdy; the top part, made of high quality galvanized steel, is firmly fixed to the pipeline through four springs used to hook the pan, making it stable and vibration-free.
The large access space to the pan and the consistent availability of feed on all feeders allow the cockerels to feed easily.
Weighing systems
The cockerel feeding lines can be integrated with electronic weighing systems, mounted directly in the hoppers of each line. Connected to the auger motorised drops, they allow to choose and weigh the feed to be supplied on each line.
Motorised daily lifting
ATOS feeding lines can be fitted with specific daily lifting systems, commonly required in breeding systems.
